PAYROLL SUPERVISOR/MANAGER
Summary of the role
This job entails providing
a comprehensive outsourced UK payroll service to a
wide range of corporate clients (around 100+) who
are drawn from both the UK and US. Many of the clients
will be subsidiaries of overseas companies, or have
overseas branches/subsidiaries - giving exposure to
international aspects of the job and the opportunity
to liaise with our payroll partners overseas.
Key Responsibilities

Management of the department

Planning, scheduling
and job allocation

Staff training

Meeting all reporting
and payment deadlines

Liaison with overseas
payroll partners to meet client needs

Liaise with clients to
ensure adequate funding

Checking and authorisation
of payroll and PAYE payments

Monthly billing of payroll
Fees

Implementation of new
clients
Experience and Qualifications
-
IPP
-
Strong and up to date
knowledge of UK compliance

Ability to undertake manual
calculations

Experience of multi-client,
multi-company or bureau operations
-
Experience of Sage Payroll
but not essential
-
Internet banking systems
-
Knowledge of Year Ends
and P11D processing

Salary: £35-45k
depending upon experience

Hours: 37.5/week, Mon
- Fri

Holidays: 24 days/annum
