ROLE
To provide general administrative support to the areas
of the business as required. You will need to use
your own initiative and be able to work quickly and
efficiently whilst understanding and complying with
all aspects of the company’s processes and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet all visitors,
provide refreshments
-
Liaise with couriers, deliveries,
taxis
-
Opening and processing of
daily post, and franking of outgoing post.

Answer telephone calls, take
messages, distribute faxes
-
Prepare and maintain meeting
rooms and coffee lounge
-
General filing and archiving
-
-
Any other administrative
tasks
-
Organised
-
Accuracy and attention
to detail
-
Ability to work constantly
to tight deadlines
-
Ability to juggle with
changing priorities
-
Must be a team player
Because of the changing nature of our business your
